lol... i havent run it at the track, but i would say it runs a low 13/high 12, but then you will just say that without vid's or slips, im just guessing. then i would say that i make 220whp/205wtq @ 7psi in a 2200lb car, but then you would say that without a dyno sheet, you dont believe me.
so that is why i say 17's @ 75mph.

edit: and before you try and say that even 13s/12s isnt fast, a. i never said i was fast, i just said i wasnt slow and b. i am only running on my waste gate spring and can always turn up the boost. my current setup is good for a reliable 350whp. i can pm you info on my complete setup if you want, but then you might just think im making it all up.

I would have just kept quiet till you knew what your car ran. That way you wouldnt be in this mess.

its funny how you guys throw out crankwalk as your defense,do you honda guys know that supras crankwalk too?but lets not compare a honda to a supra dont get me wrong there are some fast hondas but they put money into it

You can build a fast/reliable Honda for cheap.

But that all depends on if you know what the fuck you're doing.

Low 11 second car N/A for ~5k sounds good to me .

I dont feel like reading this whole thread but just to set some stuff straight.

First off the only DSM's that were prone to crank walk is the 2gs which actually was a small percentile that crankwalked,and most of the 2gen guys are sporting the 1g 6bolt engine now days anyways.

Also, wheres the proof that theres more quick Hondas than DSMs?
Have you ever thought about that THERES ACTUALLY MORE HONDAS THAN DSMS PERIOD...

And that ^ is just the registered DSMS for that times lists, who knows who else out there is even faster. How many other AWD platforms have been in the 8s and 7s in stock unibody chasis? How many 4cylinders can hold 600awhp on STOCK BLOCK and how many fully built 4cylinders have produced over 1400 HP like John Shephard and Brent Rau etc.

So whether you Honda boys like DSM's or not you should give them more respect and credit than you do. I can appreciate any fast car built right, any car can be made to go fast...

Also keep in mind, the Evo7-10,Sti's,St4s, etc will eventually get ragged the shit out of and age and become unreliable as well.
Them bitches will ALL be broken and fucked up like half of these hack job dsms when they get 15-20 years old too...

Now Imagen if these Hondas came stock with AWD and TURBO back when they were made, especially with the kids who get in Hondas, they would be the worst unreliable car ever... Think about it... Hondas werent build AWD turbo for a reason, there econo boxes.

Realiability? Be for real.... Hondas have much less torque, and less parts to wear out and break . Have you ever seen a high powered Honda torque graph on the dyno next to a High powered DSM torque curve?...

Btw Honda bottom ends are garbage, their heads are "ok" I dont understand why people are so hype about vtec, and the only reason most of you guys drive civics and intgras is because thats what all of your friends drive and probably the only cars some of you can afford which is understandable because thats probably the same reason why some people drive dsms... Neither of us are paying 20-30k for our cars, its just a biased situation...

Everything has its pros and cons, but you guys are compareing apples to watermellons...

Ac and daily driver?Besides jap and steve nobody around here can say they drive thier car to the track and back and run those times.Vijay(100k mile stock longblock) and Jerry(awd 94 mirage) ran that 3-4 years ago on pump no nitrous driving them to the track.Awd gets the jump for less power no slicks to run a great time.Jerry would have already run a 9 second pass if he didnt hit the brakes.....

I see more Supras getting crankwalk nowadays than I hear of DSMs doing the same. Its just stereotypes, "mah boi sed 'this'" etc. etc. It really helps to be completely subjective, but I hardly see any of that anymore.

Also, I think VTEC is so played out; once you change the cams on any car out there, its the equivalent of VTEC always being engaged. Its a null point, kinda dumb, and equally pathetic.
