yeah no way i can its worth it to throw a z06 in, but the ls-1 is stil an improvment from the 305 which i could swap from an early 90's

 

no in my opinion it wouldn't be worth it to put in the z06 motor....just get an ls1 and do heads, cam and call it a day with over 400hp

That engine has 290 hp wich is more then that camaro u posted pictures of produced according to that article .Put a bigger carb on it and u could produce over 300hp easy .Get a 350 trans with a nice shift kit in it and a performance torch convertor and ur done .Best thing is all of those bolt right in to ur camaro without allot of modification .Hell that's what im gonna do for my montecarlo .

the LS series motors IMO are some of the best motors ever made whether it be 4 cyl,v6, inline 6, v8, v10, v12 or diesel/turbo diesel

so any LSx motor will be great
