I think v8killa is missing the point of Ian being a shop owner and he is responsible for every one that works for him

To tell you the Truth, Sean Kriner was my first person of choice since he's got 3 All-Tracs but I have tried to get him to reply to my emails and pms but he has falled off the face of this earth and I have no idea if he even would want to rebuild my All-Trac's engine.

That All-Trac is a pretty rare and cool car. I hope you make the right choice on who does the work on it. I would hate to see such a rare car get fugged up.

Like i said IN MY FIRST POST, i am not here to slander, simply to inform about my experience with driven concepts. First of all there is no hack job on my car, besides that manifold that you guys gave me back, that i had to take elsewhere to have corrected. Thats nice that you wanna stand up for your company, its only logical, but not justification for the poor service i received.

Secondly, My work order was with you guys for quite awhile, it wasn't like you had the order for 1 day, you guys had that work order there for a month out of the 3 if not more. I would have to call everyday to get an update and everyone would just avoid me or not return my calls, pretty shady in my book. Finally i got tired of waiting and i went to pick up my manifold as it was, uncompleted so that i could take it to LHT to have it finished. On my arrival i spoke with Ian the owner face to face, where we exchanged words over the situation and he gave his word that my manifold would be done the next day, and that my gas fare would be discounted off the price. I get my hopes up thinking "well hes the boss, so he will take care of it"........WRONG, i show up the next day and my manifold is the same as the day before, on top of that the owner was no where to be found and i still have not heard from him giving me an apology or a legitimate reason.

So please dont make this appear to be a personal thing, because its not, i spoke with Ian the owner in front of every single one of you Driven Concept employees and he failed to complete the job. If a man cannot live up to his word, what else does he have?

my apologies go out to those who've had a bad experience as far as coming to the showroom and not getting greeted right away. if i was to work in the front, i would be the first person you see, and probably the last person to say goodbye. what i am trying to say is, good service is hard to come by and we are trying our best to filter through those who are just here for a paycheck.

i wouldnt trust you to work on my cars

just fucking with you, its white brandon.

Just as a visual aid, here are some pics. When i went to pick up the manifold, this is the "hackjob" DC gave me and tried to charge me for. The other pics are of the manifold and piping completed by lht on the car. No hackjobs here buddy.
