Ever been speeding on your bike 10+ mph over the speed limit?
Ever cut someone off by a foot?
Ever done wheelies on a public road?
Ever cut inbetween cars?
Ever done an illegal parking?
Ever revved your bike at someone?
Ever not wear your helmet?

Yes, done it in my car too.
No, a car up my ass isn't my idea of a good time.
No, I have yet to own a bike with the TQ to do a wheelie, crusiers suck for stunts.
NO, this is one of my pet peeves, it's like saying my time is more important than yours so I get to go to the front of the line.
NO, Technically aside from the firelane and handicapped parking on private property there is no suck thing as illegal parking, since parking isn't enforceable on private property, like speeding in a private lot....there is no speed limit.
No, my opinions on street racing are well known so I don't even try to entice it out of someone.
Yes, infront of my house while doing a tune up, but if I can't see my house the helmet is on.
The whole splitting lanes is a benifit of riding a bike is crap, the benifit of riding a bike is riding a bike. Not to sound all phylisophical, but if your a rider you know the feel of the "open road", that is the benifit. Parking close to the building is a benefit. If you don't like sucking down exhaust fumes don't pull so close to the car infront of you, not passing out in traffic is a benifit of driving a car.
As many times as I have said I would like to be able to open my door on a bike, not to actually hit them, but just enough that they think it's going to open, however it's just one of those things you say when your pissed and I would never actually do. Throwing shit from a bike at a car falls into the deadly missle from a moving vehicle statute and it's illegal, a threat to me, and will test your speed to see if you can out run a bullet. Luckily I do look out for bikes and just shake my head at their stupidity so I don't think I will ever have this situation.
What's wrong with stopping too close to a cars bumper when your on a bike? not much, a bike does have a smaller "footprint" so a foot to a bike is a big gap, but to a car it's not. It's called personal space, just like when someone stands too close to you while in line at a checkout. You have a comfprt zone, and when someone is inside of it you feel uneasy, given that, a biker should be more cognisant of this and give the space to a car as if the biker were in a car.
Personally I think that the MSA course should be manditory to get a regular drivers license as well as to get the motorcycle endorsement. I also think that proof of the endorsement should be required before you can purchase a bike. The MSA course has soo much info that can be applied to cars, like looking 3-4 cars ahead and anticipating what they can do that might cause you harm. Scanning the road, making sure your not in another drivers blindspot.
Since insurance is not required on a bike ( unless you don't wear a helmet) if I do hit a bike then MY insurance gets to foot the bill even if it's the bikes fault. For this reason I have more patience for bikes when they drive like asses, I don't respect them, I just give them the space to endo over their clip ons. Truthfully, most riders drive safely, but you don't remember them because they blend right in with traffic, it's the idiots you remember. How many hondas do you see every day??? more than you think, but you only remember the ricer fucks.
My bike is insured ( and for sale ) when I ride I also wear a helmet and leathers. If I ever do get a sport bike I will swap out my cruiser leathers for sport gear, but I will still have the safety gear. I know what it's like on a bike, and in a car, so while I know the dangers of a bike, I feel the anger of a car when the few dick bikers give a bad name to the rest.

You cut me off im going to ride your ass all over the fucking place and if i get the chance ill do teh same to you. Alls fair when you play the game.
I love it how you think riding someone's ass is some sort of payback. Personally, if I didn't have a nice paintjob on my car, I would have NO problem slamming on my brakes, causing you to hit me.. Then sue you for a hurt neck. YEAH GOOD PAYBACK!! Your a friggin' moron.
Second, there are some states where they made it legal (From what I understand) because the bikes overheat, and second, it causes less accidents/deaths if the bikers get the front and just go and get away from the cars.
Please... My bumper was recently touched in a parking lot and the clearcoat is starting to peel. If you ever see a 90 300zx TT on the road like the pic below, tailgate me. I wouldn't mind getting some free money and a paintjob out of your idiocy.
Be my guest, you know what my car looks like.

My gawd boys put your dicks away and stop seeing who can piss the furthest! I have a bike, do I ride between cars? Ummm.... hell no... IMHO that is stupid. Half these people on the GD road can't see us when we are in the proper lane, following the rules of the road. Why the hell take a chance like that? I am not about to spend half my night reading the last 6 pages of this thread but I will answer these questions....

Ever been speeding on your bike 10+ mph over the speed limit? LOL of course I have, even in my car.
Ever cut someone off by a foot? Not intentionally
Ever done wheelies on a public road? Hell no and I ride a sports bike.
Ever cut in between cars? Again nope can't say I have.
Ever done an illegal parking? Yep on Clearwater beach
Ever revved your bike at someone? Only to get his attention and that was only because he was cute,
Ever not wear your helmet? Yep...when I am not on the bike. It tends to get in the way of eating, sleeping, brushing my teeth ect ect.

If a fire happened.. Which would the dept actually be able to move VERY easily? The bike or the car?
There is your answer.
