WTF ARE THEY LOSING???? there getting PAID to SIT there with in some cases, your life in there hands! they have nothing to lose by sitting there, you have everything.. if your shit holds up in court, GOOD FOR YOU. The cop lost NOTHING and you are stuck with the days of missed work, lawer bills ect.. that is best case scenerio

i used to give cops respect, until me and my friends were walking down the street about 4 years ago, and like 3 cops pulled in front of us with their lights on, and actually searched us because of how we looked(they said,"you guys look like trouble"), mostly because my friend had a huge ass mohawk.

on my 19th bday,june 1st 2005, when i was in my accident, the cop that did the report actually threatened to make it be my fault, because of how long the tire skid marks were(after it just rained). She asked how fast i was going(in a 40mph on ft harrison), and i said 45(which is 100% true), and she said,"try again", so i said 46, she said "try again", i said 47,she said "try again", i said 45?...

THEN, when my parents showed up, she was like, "i know you have an SI and all, but you need to stop street racing everywhere". I dont even have an SI, and since when is 45...with no one else on the road for miles(except for the old asshole who ran into me head on), streetracing?

She also put on the report that he had insurance...which he didnt. i was gonna sue, but im fat and lazy. Plus, they would have just paid for oem shit, so it gave me a chance to get a cf hood like i wanted and stuff
