also, not to be racist.. but alot of the crime that you do see is more "urban, or getto" people.. cops car search a car anytime they want, they ask you most the time to be nice but they can put u in their car then just go wild in your car then let you go and be like have a nice day. i think my friend is a cop ill ask him tommorow

and while they're getting the warrant they only have a limited time to do it. I know maryland it's 15 min after that you are free to go. They can't just "hold" you till they find a judge that will grant one.
