Default Two stripped intake bolts, can I use it?

This latest engine had been rednecked here and rednecked there and I'm just tired of spending time on it. The last two things that may potentally need to be un-rednecked are two stripped bolt holes into the heads for the intake manifold. They're next to eachother in the middle on the passenger side. One maybe has 5-10 lbs of clamping force left in it due to a shitty helicoil, the other is less than 5 lbs. They're both RTVd up to death as a precautionary measure.

question is, am I setting myself up for failure with this? Will the gasket just blow right out if I try to run it like this? I know it seems silly, but pulling it off means buying another tube of RTV, another set of Felpro intake gaskets, and spending more time cleaning, grinding, and having the holes repaired. At this point I'd rather just pay someone else to do it if I gotta, because I'm fed up with building these motors and undoing other people's half-assed work. So, whats the verdict? And help is appreciated.

I'd say try a tap and die kit on em, if you have to go a little larger, should be ok, they only need like 25 lbs or so
