The thing that bothers me is i was driving the car with no leak then it started to pump itself out and hasnt stopped...no matter how much fluid is in the trans. Is there anything internal to the trans to make it pump out the overflow tube???

I'm not sure about that but the servo cover on the side will keep on pumping it out if there is a leak there. Underneath that cover, there is a very thin "o" ring that has a square cross section to it. If that gets nicked or is not in the correct postion it will leak. As a matter of fact, if you have had that cover loose, it is very difficult sometimes to get it to seal properly unless you put in a new one. I've always had to get a new one because they tend to squish out of shape. If you're not 100% sure it is coming out of the vent you might check there.
