Default Intake manifold vacume leak

I just swap out my old crx si intake manifold for a Y8 on my d16z6 and I'm getting a major vacume leak where the manifold bolts to the head. I have tried two new gaskets (honda & discount). When I spray carb cleaner I get a rough idle and bog so I know the leak is the manifold gasket. Should I have the manifold milled or dose anyone have any tips that might help me out. Thanks

We (me and racin) have done this exact same thing and ran into the same problem.

On the intake manifold where it bolts to the head there are some small pin sized holes. They go through to the injector and the normal obd2 injectors seal it off, the si ones do not. Take your manifold off and JB weld the holes. Just use enough to fill the holes and scrape the rest off.

That should solve your problem

Good Luck
