i need to know if port and polish helps out alot if you go allmotor? If you can help thanks!

 

a port an polish i believe is worth it! What motor do you have?

 

Its a 91 LS in a 89 hatch and i wanted to go LS/VTEC and i dont to much about it so!

 

port and polish is worth the money bro, just dont think like the V8ers and go so big youo could flow a grapefruit, bigger aint always better, call a couple well known companies. i still have an old JG engine dynamics setup on my single cam, and it was a totally different car, with I/H/E before the parts i ran 15.90's. after the head intake manifold, a cam, and throttle body, i could run 14.70's. it was worth the 900 bucks. then i sprayed the piss out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

who should i go to and how much is it? And does it work good with the vtec?

In my experiences Honda heads flow very well. The 900 spent on port/polish could be spent in other areas and the results would be better.
It is alot easier for someone to screw up your head trying to port it than to actually help it.
