is this stealth green by any chance. about 2 months ago i was running DanV2 when shalane was in the car and of course he smoked me but when i let off this green RT blew off at me, we both down shifted and i just slowly walked away from him to 140. i was suprised how slow they were honestly. i even got to race a white one from a dig and put 5 cars on him, and i was runnin 13.9's @ 95.

with porsche you got to figure your paying close to $10k a letter.

I was hoping to try a new wrinkle this weekend, an would have loved to test it on my favorite DSMTurbo...but I made the call that it was too damned wet, and missed a whole lot of fun it seems.
Sounds like I would need to use both barrels for what was out there...

The new 911 is a heavy car. Gotta carry all that liquid coolant around ya know! My 70 S although it only makes 210 hp, only weighs around 1,800 lbs. The new cars are carrying the equivalent of a Harley around with all those comforts like A/C, cup holders, extra golf clubs, Rolex watches and the like. I wooped a$$ on a new Carrera rag top one day on the Causeway. Had to wave him up just to see his face! He paid 80K for his. Mine is 33 years old, paid 10K, 8 years ago, and just embarrassed him. He's probably got a Hummer now. Don't mess with the TT it will make you think he stole your keys. As with all Porsches...see ya at the first turn.

And how many world championships would this car manufacturer have won?

I'm sure AWD /AWS is impressive. But facts is facts. No challenge intended. I agree with most of you that 80K is a lot of money for a car that can't keep up with one of it's own kind that is 33 years old. What's wrong with THAT picture? Even the Porsche AWD is slow. I may be wrong but I don't believe that stock P cars can use the AWD feature at the track something to do with it being integrated with the ABS system. Just my .02

i dont kno about that white one from a dig...first off, the first gen runs a 13.9 barebone stock...if it was second gen they run a 13.7...u didn't say if this one was moded at all either...for u to pull 5 cars on a car with a bad ass AWD launch u either got a hell of a quick car or it wasn't a twin turbo

one more thing...im not tryin to pick a fight with anyone who says that the porsche is not a drag car...im just sayin i dont think the DSM guys were sitting around planning the stealth to be a drag car either. most of the cars on TR didn't start out with the idea of them being drag cars...thats the idea behind modding them...to get them as close to drag cars as we can
