The new cobra problaby didnt realize the difference between his clutch and his brakes or youve got yourself a sweet ls1.

I fell of my chair when i read this surfnerv.I think his kill is very possible. Not all engines are alike and ive raced a modded ls1 when i had the crx and it moved pretty well.

there is a such thing as street power and dyno power. and as slinger said, it is all about the combo...whoopdee doo if i make 450 on the dyno, i could be like some supras, make 1000, not do any suspension work, and wonder why i dont hook up under 100.
then you get the weigh factor and aerodynamics into it...all those little things set street power apart from dyno power.

I made a note that I heard it here first...."Street Power"
What street power do you have?
Did you see that cars street power? He hooked hard....
Humm if I whip out my calculator I can figure out my hp per cylinder, but what will be the formula for street power?
HP + RWHP / TORQ = Street Power
RWHP + TORQ / quater mile time = Street Power
TORQ - RWHP x 60' = Street Power
Ahh I got it
Wins - Loses = Street Power %

thank you Mr. Wizard...
its more like weight/wtq - MPH + (.0301*RPM)
so if i went from a 50mph roll in 2nd. it would be like
3500/375 - 50 + (.0301*3800)*3.65
9.3333 - 50 + 114.38 * 3.65
-40.666 + 417.487
= 376.821 Street Power Rating.
i will be marketing an on board calculator that will input RPM and MPH and a pre programmed weight/tq calculation for immediate street power ratings, this is the stuff G-Tech couldnt even comprehend. Get yours today!
