what hardware did you end up using for the valvecover?

Ive heard .28 for the plugs, thats what im running though im not FI. Ive run some juice though and talking to a few guys on the TEX that are running SC's and juice recommended the .28 for plug gap

yeah thats what i currently have on my bkr7eku's i just wasnt sure if it was better to bring it down to .026 or .024 because people had good results with those too. ill keep them where i have them since i havent had any problems! thanks a lot for that, and i still need to get that MAF off of you, now that my car is drivable it makes it easier!

and the valve cover hardware is M6x1.00 with a length of 20mm, and i also used a small m6 washer too, the correct way to do it would be to swap it to the original obd1 hardware which would be studs and nuts. but theres no reason to haver to do that if you can use the same size bolt as before, just get a shorter one thatll fit. i tried taking the hardware out of the obd1 plastic valve cover and using just the bolt but they were way too long, so shorten that length and it worked perfectly for me! been rippin on it since and havent had the slightest leak so im happy with the outcome, plus it was cheap

The car is in great shape why do you want a corrado? Dumb question(they are fucking awesome) but the reason I ask is this car has come a long way it looks great fresh paint, bumper and all the time and money spent, why start over? Most rado's are beat to shit so you will basicly have to redo everything.

well i've had 3 corrado's so far, and they are just my car. granted im a vw enthusiast, the corrado is MY car. it hits my spot, tickles my fancy, floats my boat, and all of the above haha. Even though the gti is fresh and clean as shit and all the hard work, its part of the process, this is my 10th car and i just want to settle into a corrado again now that i have my engine built and running properly and whatnot, and the gti at a point where its at least sellable if i could get a rado shell, paint it before i do my swap and get the bay done and everything, and have time to tidy up my engine and stuff before putting it in, That would be ideal for me

Ironic, that's the only place I have checked out so far! I have talked to him multiple times on the phone, and went down to check the shop out last week to make an appt ( that I then missed because my car was acting up that day )

I know his work is amazing, have had some haters in the review aspect of the place but where aren't there haters......?

I'll stick with him I wasn't sure if there would be something legit but everyone seems to say LHT does good work

plug gap all depends on what boost ur gonna run, anything under 12 lbs, use the 7's, at like a 28-30 gap, depending on how well ur coil pack is doing

anything after that ur gonna need bkr8es's and gap them to .22-24, and any boost over 20lbs most likely .19 ish,
i could not run a stock coil pack with a gap bigger than .20 over 10 lbs before it would blow the spark out

i had to do msd coils and gap them at .19 to run over 20lbs to keep it from breaking up,

the bigger the gap u can get away with the better off u are, start at .32 and work ur way down little at a time
