Hey so what was LHT's pricing on the piping?

 

I have to call them monday to see if they are free to do it, since I didn't make it to my last scheduled appt because my car wouldn't run that day, they wont reschedule me a time. Will post up soon after!

 

got my Forge Super DV! Thing is massive, had to pick up tubing for it from Home Depot and this setup is just so much bigger than the one in my car haha the flow must be insane





need to get new bungs welded onto the IC tubes and im good! hopefully by next week

 

Good stuff man. How much of the bumper did you need to cut for you front mount? you able to fit the bottom grill pieces in at all?

 

i only had to cut the fins, i have the black plastic inserts that go under the fogs/dummy/turn setup and those fit in fine without modifications. just the fins had to come out

 

Good stuff. not sure if this was addressed or not but what clutch are you using? Oem or upgrade?

 

haha funny you ask, my clutch started slipping two days ago! I'm not sure what is in there, probably oem. But ive been talking with urotuning and I am about to get probably the spec stg 5. Ive done tons of research and its been hard to come to a conclusion haha its either the spec stg 5 or a south bend but thats a lot more expensive and I have to do the job myself so idk yet! any words of wisdom?sq

 

When I was going to do a vrt i was reviewing clutches and the only ones that i found to be best were Southbend and Clutchnet. I've heard excellent things about both. Clutchnet is cheaper. Fourseasons had real good prices on the clutchnet. I have no idea what numbers your at or plan on running but heres a link to the clutch i was looking at a while back...
