In the case of the EVO, that potential can be had very easily.
Its not like the high hopes of 90% of the boosted hondas to run a 10.99 @ 140, only to leave the track with a 13 second slip
A properly set up stock turbo evo can EASILY click off a low 11, and with an agreessive tune and driver they have went well into the 10s.
Its kind of like doubting a ported blower cobra running 10's......

The other Jokie Evo, the MR has run a best of 11.2 I think. ^Are you breaking 10s?
