they gave him plenty of warming about what was going to happen if he didn't stand. instead he just sat down. even if he wasn't able to stand all he had to do was make an effort and show that he was willing to copoerate.
and since we have become so law suit happy cops can't really put their hands on people any more so tasing is really the only opition. seriously what are they supose to do just stand there and wait for 5 minutes saying please stand, pretty please with sprinkles on top?
it is also total bullshit if that kid gets a ton on money from this. he broke the rules and then acted like a little bitch.

actually I have been arrested...I was charged with resisting arrest because I asked why I was being cuffed...but guess what it was dropped in court.
THE VIDEO DOES NOT CLEARLY SHOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING
so it is impossible to tell what really caused the cops to taser him (other than biased second hand reports). was it excessive possbily. also the video does not show the events leading up to it.
and if someone repeatedly told you that you were going to get tased would you consider to throw a bitch fit or would you do as they asked? the kid was either on something or an attention whore out to make a point.
you say the student was unarmed, how are the police supose to know that?

The kid seems like a smart ass, so imo he got what he deserved, follow the rules you wont have a problem. Be a little bitch and throw a tissy fit get tazered...

its quite clear form the reactions of the students the cops were using poor judgement to tazer the guy over and over. all because he didn't have an ID with him. cops suck at life. Good thing I wan't there to see it. I was ready to jump through my computer screen to jump one of those spineless bitches.

how do you know what that kid had on him or didn't for that matter? the cops are trying to keep the campus safe for students like you and I. he was asked to provide his id, AND DIDN'T. he was asked to leave, AND DIDN'T. he was told COUNTLESS times to stand up or get tazed, HE CHOSE THE TAZER. poor baby, he was well aware of the consiquences as they were stated to him, he chose to press the situation. he's a dumbass.

acting before u become a cop they tase u a couple times and make u stand back up so they dont abuse the power of it, and that dumbass just had to stay calm and listen and he would of been alright,
