either way if he didnt show them his ID i dont really think it deserves a tase...and anyways u here the guy say he was just leavin and they stopped him, and all the surrounding people r like, gimme ur name!!(to the cops) and yea def the worstcamera guy ever.period.

man, i would have taken one for the team and knocked the shit out of an officer. i bet others would've jumped in and got on the rest of them. that shit was brutal. I dont know, but im reved up to kick a cops ass now haha.

IMO a taser is not to be used as a cattle prod to get people to stand up or move. In the past cops carried handcuffed people out to the car if they didnt want to cooperate. Taser should be for combatative people in order to get control.

so does any1 kno what that all started over. they may have tasered him for a good reason the 1st time but after they 1st time they can't expect him to stand and walk...i don't kno if they cuffed him before or after the 1st time he was shocked but he was deffinately cuffed for the last few at least. the whole point in tasing some1 is to get them under control and into custody right? so why would they keep shocking him after he was cuffed. I'd like to see what happened to those cops after the vid was exposed.

yea shiity camera man but u can hear everything if u listen carefullyy.. the guy was walkin out and they stopped him and asked for his ID...kinda like gettin pulled over when ur just pullin out of a parking lot...just a bunch of bull shiiit...jus cops on a power trip....
