This Is Why Cops Suck!
If that ever hapened to me I would have called him a fat fuckin ****** and threatened to kill him. I wouldn't care if I wen't to jail thats fuckin wrong. That was not neccesary to shock him that many times or at all. Ha it wo't let me use the n word.
"At around 11:30 p.m., CSOs asked a male student using a computer in the back of the room to leave when he was unable to produce a BruinCard during a random check. The student did not exit the building immediately.
The CSOs left, returning minutes later, and police officers arrived to escort the student out. By this time the student had begun to walk toward the door with his backpack when an officer approached him and grabbed his arm, at which point the student told the officer to let him go. A second officer then approached the student as well. "
the police told him to do something and he didn't. the best thing you can do is go a long with it even if you think it is wrong and then fight it in court. unless of course you want to get tased/knocked down/thrown around/ect and cuffed. the get was on something, did it intentionally in an attempt to be a martyr, or is trying to make a statement and get attention.
also i am not defending the cops neccesarly, it seems they were a bit excessive, BUT it is the kids fault for not doing as he was told. if he hadn't trespassed he wouldn't have been in that situation. if he had left when told he wouldn't have been in that situation. if he hadn't thrown a bitch fit he wouldn't have been in that situation. if he had stood up or made an effort to stand up he wouldn't have been in that situation.
they could have cuffed him and walked him out but the video is not clear, so we are not able to tell if there was a reason for the cops to precieve a threat from him, or if he was making it dificult for them to cuff him.
p.s. that's a freakin nice camera phone with a butt load of memory.

I just think those particular pigs were lazy fucks who couldnt carry out 140lbs of student. The excessive tasing is just fucked up. I know not all cops are like these. As wrong as the student was for not showing them ID, I still hope he gets some good money and they get fired for tasing him so much.

they gave him plenty of warming about what was going to happen if he didn't stand. instead he just sat down. even if he wasn't able to stand all he had to do was make an effort and show that he was willing to copoerate.
and since we have become so law suit happy cops can't really put their hands on people any more so tasing is really the only opition. seriously what are they supose to do just stand there and wait for 5 minutes saying please stand, pretty please with sprinkles on top?
it is also total bullshit if that kid gets a ton on money from this. he broke the rules and then acted like a little bitch.
