yeah it would come out of our pockets, because we pay taxes which supports the govt/police so we do care, becuase of lazy ass people that try to take advantage of situations for their gain... i bet the camera man was his buddy filming the whole thing... im sure there are plenty of losers that would get tazed that many times just to make out with a nice lawsuit

I dont give a fuck what anyone says,he was tasered 5 times to get him to leave when he was already leaving,and that is messed up.Thats some bullshit it was his friend filming so he could get a lawsuit!!!!fuck that! no one would expect to get hit with a taser 5 times hust for not showing id.

Hi how are you doing today.(officer)-ok (driver).., um give me your license and registrasion.(officer).... oky doky (driver)lol.. um yea i dont have my license on me at this time. (driver),, step out of the car (officer),... excus-me!!, why do i half to (driver),... the officer open's the door. step out *NOW (officer) as the man puts his hand on the shifter to move it to P, (thats park) the OFFICER TAZERD him with out warning....... well as the guy gets tazed he ends up putting it in R, (thats reverse)... and as he goes in too SHOCK he ends up hitting the gas to the floor and plowing in the OFFICER'S car.....
At the end of all this the officer siad he tryed to run, and i detained him and so he tryed hitting my car and killing me ( HERESAY )

ok well if u get pulled over u turn the car off which ussually means u put it in park, u arent supposted to do anything that he says not to do,
