i agree with you on the 6.0. but it's like any first or second year motor theres going to be problems. as for the 7.3 you can get way more power out it than the d-max. i think ford needs to bring back the 7.3 but put the new 5 speed auto behind it.

Yes, you can make more power with a 7.3 right now but it requires a great deal more money invested into it. For less then 4K you can get into the 12's or 13's depending on the rig you drive. My only worry about the 7.3 is the cavatation problem. The new torque shift is not bad but suncoast need to get you boys something to work with so there aren't the shitty shifts in the 5 speed.

let's not get into an argument over something stupid like this. there's really nothing wrong with being a redneck. Ignorance is bliss. Monte Carlos arent ONLY for rednecks. and nobody really cares how fast a car is.

Yeah Monte Carlos arent only for Rednecks. My buddys got a 1979 Monte Carlo with a lift on it, 24 inch wheels. Its candy orange with candy green flames. The interior is all Orange leather with Green leather flames in it and tvs in the dash, roof, sun visors. and 2 kicker 15s. It may be a Monte Carlo with a lift kit but its not Redneck. Oh yeah the billet aluminum steering wheels has flames on it and luis vatton leather. YEAH!!
