If the block that is in the car can be rebuilt, do it. It will be worth it, trust me.

call this guy! 941-301-5422! where in bradenton he has a 7mgte engine for sale rebuilt with all kinds of goodies! new bearings,arp studs,block decked, 1mm over ferrera (think i spelled it righ lol) valves intake and exhaust and all kinds of other machine work and parts i dont have his full list of stuff but i know hell give you a good price on every thing! it was for a toyota pick up we were going to throw a 7m in and he ended up sending it to the island.

man that sucks we junk a 7m last month with a good windshield no one wanted it. tell him tiny gave you the number and if he doesent pick up be shure and leave him a message we like to screen are calls lol.
