Default 91 supra turbo worth fixing

Hello all,
I have a 91 supra turbo and i want to know if its worth putting the time in to fix this car.. will need an igniter box, fuel pump, tires , some rust spots on the windshield fixed..plenty of cleaning..and its been sitting for 9yrs, so im sure alot more will need to be done before its road worthy. The engine does turn over fine but I'm sure whats the first thing to do to get it running, or if its worth it?? Is there a way to test the igniter box? The car only has 69000 miles on it so I'm thinking the motor may still be OK..i guess the first thing would be the fuel pump..but what else should i look at since its been sitting so long..any info would be great !! Ive seen some of your cars here and they look amazing and I'm sure they run the same. I posted it up for sale or trade but i keep thinking to just keep it and build it up.. Again any help would be great Thanks

if you have the money and the available time, i would replace the headgasket. that low of mileage. probably hasn't been replaced yet. if you can, pull the motor out replace all the gaskets and any hose that looks/feels bad. if you want a nice supra, it's gonna some serious money. trust me i know. it's better to do it right the first time. you should post some pics up. hope that helps alittle!

why was it siting for 9 years? there had to be a reason. find out what it is and go from there. if it was parked 9 years ago due to a bhg, then the motor likely needs rebuilt at this point.

Hmm...don't really like the idea of trying to pull the motor..sometimes i find myself just looking at the motor thinking..why does it have so many diff wires?? And what the heck do they do?? I need a book! So could i just change some fluids, ad some gas to just try to get it started ? Also the previous owner said the igniter box was bad...how do you know?? Is there a way to test it? Parts are expensive!! Ive been finding that out just searching for different things. I would like to get it running first to see if there is anything else wrong with the motor..What should be done with the turbo and inter-cooler? Clean out? leave alone? I guess what I'm saying is if i can get it running then that my be enough motivation to bring it back to life..but seems kinda expensive to do a full rebuild...this weekend i will have some time to mess with it. I will try to post some pics thanks for the info i will keep you guys posted..

Oh my god, we have a newbie. That aside you should do some learning before you tear into it.
