Most veteran TR members see ricey as lacking class. Its just like popping your collar or fake Louie Vaton purses. Its just a fake waste of money that has no performance benefit. Some people like it, personally I dont. I'd rather take my money and buy tires or something else that can let me do real racing on real race tracks.

Different people have different tastes. However, I guarantee you that if you do a kit like that you will come to regret it in the next few years. The "rice" phase seems to be one that many people go through. I went through it when I was 15; I thought rice was cool Now I just like my cars clean and sharp.

 

ive always liked that look....i guess i feel like when u pull up to sumone and u got that look goin the people are more intimidated... i like this tho...ive never seen sumthin like that ....does he have that in front of his radiator?!!?

 

Haha its just a body kit. Spend the money first on a swap then you will realize how much of a waste of money kits are. That pic was posted on ctech lol I couldn't help but laugh at the guys "front mount intake" lol Even though he does have a 3s in that car, that is awfully ricy.

 

Oh yeah btw I drove my swapped celica gt home on friday night. Best money I've spent on the car. Ill admit it. On the first year I wanted that body kit aswell but once I learned about swaps and 3sgte I forgot all about body kits. I should give you a ride in either swap and you will see how much you will want one. If you kit out your car the right way and paint it you will probably spend about 1500 with some decent paint.

 

o i wasnt plannin on no kit b4 the swap...im all for the swap....its happenin soon.....kit comes later......and wuts wrong with the front mount intake?!?!? but when i get the motor.......do i absolutely need it machined, milled, sleeved, bored, and then port an polished b4 i drop it?
