umm. depending on the tuning and mods you put into it you should no problem getting 250 hp out of it.
no, you'd want to go single turbo.
if you have an extra 10gs to spend the fucker will haul ass.

250 isn't too hard to accomplish on a 3s. Ricksta seems like you have alot of research to do. For example twin turbo setup on a fwd 3s? Anything over 300hp is retarded on a fwd. No traction, it would be time to move on to a awd setup or mrw. Trust me i know from experience. I could burn tires up through 3rd gear. Its not very fun to lose traction.
