Not many have had good luck with the MAP ECU on the 2JZ-GE, mainly the initial tune... I am running the HKS VPC/SAFC Setup which is recommended if you plan on running 680cc injectors or less, after that all I recommend is going with the AEM which is my next step. Check out www.clubna-t.com if you need more answers and want to hear from more people with experience with turbocharging the 2jz-ge
Like Kirk #2 said, not to many people finding luck with the PHR MAP ecu. Their have been some people who are OBD II that have had some luck but I haven't seen what kind of numbers they are putting out though. AEM is definitely the way to go if you want big numbers, 600+.

AEM is the way to go. Many tuners are now using it with no problems. It offers you everything in one nice little box and plugs right in. I've made over 800 hp on mine and it drives better than most stock ecu cars I have driven.
andrew post some pic's man I worked my ass off on that car show it off a little LOL
one of my tuner's has been talking alot about the mega sqrt. 2 setup and from what he has done with it has been impresive but also the good old VPC is a great way I think as well but all in all I would like to see the MAS go away... and cut it down to the basic's witch I know the EMS can do but the price of the mega2 and from what my tuner has pulled off with it I think it's worth concidering a bitut andrew you are the one with the deep pocket's LOL just tell me what you want and we will make it so buddy LOL
