Oh you talked to Linda. That lady is a bi***. n I talked to the owner today (steve) and he said many things and know everything to do. He was explaining to me everything about sleeving for fitbikeco. motor and everything. His motor should be done next week. We might start sleeving tomorrow depending on when he brings the pistons and rods in to make sure the piston to wall clearance is correct and what not. Maybe you should come up there and talk to Steve. Or wait till fitbikeco gets his motor.

What sleeves are going into the block aebs? I'm assuming they arent Darton sleeves because I called Darton like a week or 2 ago and they told me that only certain shops......mostly darton vendors.....can install darton sleeves because darton send special tools that are required for correct installation. That threw me off, but they reccommended ARfab to sleeve my block because they have never had any reports of sleeves dropping,

your sleeve wont drop once put in. we bore it so that it leaves a small ledge at the bottom. then cut the sleeve to deck height. hone the hole thing so that the sleeve meets with the original cylinder wall where we left the ledge and then deck the hole thing.

I dont techincally work there to get paid. I work there and get my stuff done with no money out of my pocket =] unless I have to get major machine work done or my crank sent out. I just asked to go up there one day and watch and learn and have been going up for about a month and a half now. Steve has been teaching me everything he knows and hooks me up with stuff. Kind of like an apprentice.

If you wanna talk to Steve about doing your motor and actually talk to someone who knows what they are talking about let me know I can shoot you some info. I go up there every morning at 10:30 till about 12:30. Dont know what your schedule is like but he is very flexible.

If you're talking about Grant's STi, he drives it around the street on the 460 hp map for 93 octane.

He doesn't beat the hell out of the car as much as we do when he lets us drive it
