So i read the description on there and figured this would benefit me more then just a plain up pipe. so i went with that. other people from the website said it would be a good choice. apparently it wasnt. but i was blamed for making a bad choice on a product and not knowing exactly what it did.
so whats wrong w this kit? so far i havent heard anything wrong about it. i personally got the same too and ill be installing it myself at the end of the month. i personally asked all type of questions about fitment to the guys at grimmspeed, and it should work perfect.

nothing wrong with the kit... just the monkeys trying to install it...

I'm_Slow: are you serious that you too think its okay to mess up a STAGE II install?? If I was bitching they messed up somekind of rotated turbo setup then I would be retarded, because yes I understand there can be complications to that. But c'mon... a freaking exhaust...

actually according to scott (MugenR) he said doing the rotated setup was easier than replacing a stock location turbo

but i get what you are saying, maybe doing an engine build would be a better example... lol

wayyyyy easier especially if you have a turbo my size or a red its such a pain and sooo cramped in there rotated is a breeze.... ive dont basiclaly everything but build a motor on a suby and so far it was all easy just some take a lot more time and patience then others which most people dont have...and everything i learned came from me looking on the internet so it shows how easy it is to do everything... and its my first car i didnt know shit about cars until this

I cant believe SS was mentioned in this post.

I dont have any experience with BVP but I will have to say: how can you mess up a stage II setup.

next time you'll know, just contact Kyle.

I didn't really elaborate on what I was saying about doing the weld with the turbo in place... Considering the carbon buildup that is on that IWG on the stock turbo, I would assume that doing it (properly) would entail taking the turbo off to clean the area for the weld.

Again, I'm no welder... And having taken the feed line off and either forgetting a washer or not tightening it is pretty much the only thing that I can think of for creating a leak like that while it was at BVP.
