What the hell I was supposed to do ,tell me ? Go against your dad will ?Everything was perfectly installed man, there was a problem with the wastegate that we could've resolved but we didn't got the chance to do it. Listen I'm through with this arguing, I told you that if you need my help, I'm here for you. I did everything I could do to help you out but your Dad has the last word and I respect that. I guess that in this kind of situations the shops never win even if you tried to do whatever is in your hands to make things right . I don't know what else to tell you bud.
Well yea I have $1600.00 in parts sitting in my garage collecting dust....doesnt quite help me out much there. So im selling them. I spent $1100.00 at your shop. and as far as gas goes, lets be nice and say $200, just within 4-5 days. so 1600+1100+200 = $2900.00 loss on my part. i truly dont believe you could of resolved the wastegate problem. its just a risk i Couldnt take dude. understand that coming from a 22 yr old kid with a shitty job. if i made bank, id be glad to pay you the money to keep the car at your shop and fix it, but as i mentioned before, i dont have that kind of money. your shop is Extremely inconvienant coming from my house. i hope your shop stays successful and other people dont wind up wasting money like i did.

I get the feeling that BVP saw $$$ when this guy walked in the door wanting this done. I feel bad that he was probably taken advantage of. If i was more mechanically inclined I'd offer my services as well (kudos to those of you who have). However I only work on my car...

That service basically allows consumers who feel that they have been wronged by a business to file complaints accordingly. And Damian has every right to do so -- Victor also has every right to defend himself... I'm very serious -- Damian is a friend of mine and I have no problem with Victor -- filing an online complaint basically gives the consumer information about how they are able to proceed and what, if anything can be done.

Also, I was really asking about the WG; it's so easy to take the turbo out that I didn't think that they'd weld it while in place. That being said, I'm no welder (at all) so I thought that it might be too close quarters to do it properly. If it's that easy, thanks for clarifying... either way, I'll stick to fabricating brackets to bolt it shut

I dont know what exactly went on with the wastegate. i was just told they welded my external wastegate onto my internal wastegate. but i have my external wastegate in my garage and i do not see ANY sign of any welding what so ever, unless they did That good of a job where its impossible to find a welding spot. As far as the offer, thanks alot man. i wish i would of thought this thru a little harder. i figured i could trust a performance shop over someone installing in my front yard. but nxt time ill make a better decision.
