racer x, you better not be fucking seious!!! How the hell are you gonna sit here and tells someone to report a business to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Obviously if the new DP was installed then all they had to do was a small weld on the turbo from under the car. Shit isnt hard at all!!!!!

wow .........FDAC huh? just wow. Mistakes happen, ask any shop owner or tech, there is no such thing as a perfect shop that never ever makes a mistake. At least they were trying to resolve the issue and make things right......it's not like they told him "go fuck yourself" like many shops have before. All this and the problem was never even determined. For all we know it could have been a faulty o2 sensor .

hahhaha I'm sure some people know why I'm laughing... sucks about your car, hope you get everything sorted out. I again re-affirm my previous opinions of BVP.

About your setup... isnt an ewg a bit much for "stage II" Have you looked into Opensource tuning? You have a fairly basic setup and its pretty hard to screw that up but I guess some people find a way to ruin almost anything.

I helped you in every possible way that I could and for what ? For you to come here and start bashing and talking trash about me, you really amaze me but anyway it is what it is.

First of all you brought your car to the shop to install your exhaust,DP and wastegate which we did. I didn't pik up the parts or anything , you just asked me if we could install them and I said yes, that's it. You never asked for any opinion or advice. We did what you want it, you'r right about the time and during that day I apologised to you more than 10 times cuz of your waiting and your girlfriend was there and she witness. You're saying that I didn't know about welding the wastegate and that's not true, I did said that I didn't knew that the Shop didn't had a 220 plug to conect the welding machine and I hired and electrician to make the damn conection just for giving you the service, and yes YOU'RE RIGHT THAT TOOK A LOT OF TIME but in tyhat time We offered you food , drinks , I even offered you my wife minivan for you to take your girlfriend to eat, I guess you forgot all that, but that's how people are, anyway I ended buying pizza for everybody.

After your car was done , we put it on the Dyno and the car was tune by Gadiel and make 295 WHP not 270 like you're saying, if you want I can post the graph. The car was runing perfect and you know it.

The next day your dad ,that BTW is a great guy, called me about the oil leak and I told him That I needed the car back and I (ME) actually hired a tow truck and I PAID $150 for the towing service just to find out that your car had a leak in the turbo oil line, something that hasn't had anything to do with the installation that we did. We replace the washer and the leak was fixed. Your Dad asked me how much he owed me for that job and my exacts words were that I didn't even dare to charge him for that. I told him to paid for the towing and he did. Then after that you called me again cuz of the problem with the boost, once again I told you to bring the car back to take a look at it and YES INDEED THERE WAS A PROBLEM, YOU'RE RIGHT ONCE AGAIN. I told you that the car probably was having problems with the wastegate cuz of the huge noise and that it might causing the Noc sensor to going crazy, so I decided to put on the dyno and install a manual boost controller to check the boost with gage that we lend it to you cuz you didn't even had a boost gage in that car, to see how much boost the car had. WE NEVER RAISED THE BOOST, the black smoke was cuz the car was rich. I told you that we could fix the problem but your Dad called me that same night and Told me that he wanted the car back to factory cuz you did all of that set up behind his back, I told him that we could fix the problem but he just wanted the car back to factory, so we did what he asked. We never had the chance to fix the problem and you come here saying that we did this and that to you when at first place your own dad didn't agree to do any of these mods in your car, and me for doing a simple installation caused me all this bashing from you. I always picked up you and your dad calls, ALWAYS , I never hide, I always offered myself to help you in evey possible way. ACTUALLY EVEN TODAY AFTER I KNEW ABOUT THIS THREAD AND ALL THIS THING THAT YOU WROTE, I WAS TALKING TO YOUR DAD ABOUT FINISHING THE JOB, but NOOOO BVP STILL THE BAD AND THE DISORGANISED AND THE ONEs WHO ARE SCREWING CUSTOMERS AROUND. I know that there was something wrong with your car and Im not saying otherwise , but you never gave me the chance to finish the job and I did what your father asked, putting the car back to factory.

I'm really sorry that this happened and I'm not saying that we (BVP) are perfect, YES we make mistakes and YES sometimes SHIT happens but I'm always there for my customers, ME NOT MY EMPLOYEES..and if we make a mistake we don't stop until we finish the job no matter what it takes and everybody who knows me can tell you that. If you still need my help you know where to find me.

Victor
Ok first off man, i never came on here "talking trash" about you. im mentioning my experience with Your performance shop. i actually like you victor, i never said you were an asshole or no help. so thats a bullshit call on you.

now youre saying you just wanted to install my parts and i didnt ask for your advice, thats a nice thing coming from a reputable shop owners mouth. what if i would of showed you a bowl of dog shit and said shove that into my ecu, would you do it? without saying what my problem is?? when you, gadiel, and the one shop tech i dont know his name were looking at my parts, i asked if these parts were going to work. gadiel said yes, with that god damn disgusting grin on his face he did all weekend working on my car. i was nervous the second i pulled in that parking lot that something just wasnt right.

about welding the wastegate, when i asked you saturday around like 5pm what is taking so long, YOUR EXACT WORDS were "i didnt know we had to weld the wastegate" you can ask my girlfriend that. because she said "I thought he knew he had to weld that shit on your car, whats taking so long" thats when you mentioned the 220 connector piece.

Now about the food you offered, yea man that was nice you bought pizza and all and this is completely irrelevant to a $2500.00 matter but lets talk about it. let me just brag about myself if i may without being called an arrogant prick. im 6' and 205 lbs. i been BUSTING my ass in the gym for over 3 yrs. i train in pro fighting. im NOT eating pizza, its bad for you, its disgusting, and it goes against my diet and i wouldnt eat it if someone paid me. eating pizza would put me back weeks in the gym which is the only thing in the world i take pride in. thats my personality, thats how i am. as far as the minivan, YOU did not offer it to me, the asian guy from Jestr tuning (who was cool as hell by the way, i wish i knew his name) Offered it. Not you. he seen that me and my gf were miserable and he said if you want REAL food and not shitty pizza, ask victor for his van. thanks.

Ok now on the horsepower. 270? dude, read the first page i said it dynod at 293 hp. not 270. where did you get 270 from? and youre wrong still, it wasnt even 295 hp. the 2nd to last run was 293 (when running hot) and last run was 298 (when running cold) which is what Gadiels exact words were to me. so i guess your 295 part was accurate.

and i never went behind my dads back and installed these parts, maybe that was a miscommunication between you 2. my dad drove from rivervier to orlando to pick me up from your shop, and even dropped me off the next morning. and put my stock parts in the back of his SUV. i went behind his back? Well i guess my dad is blind in that case.

As far as you offering to fix my car victor, im not you man. i dont own a shop. im 22 yrs old, im going to college and i work for a furniture company moving furniture part time. IM NOT MR MONEY MAKER. i DO NOT have enough money to drive out to orlando for a new problem to occur and me keep blowing $40 a DAY on gas. i made a Great decision saying put the car back to stock. it probably saved me a few hundred dollars and thats even IF the car got fixed.

So once again, nothing against you Victor, you obviously run a tight shop and have customers flooding that place. you have the fastest evo 10 in the US you said. youre obviously doing Something right. But what do you expect a 22 yr old without a lot of money like myself to do? eat a $2500+ loss and keep my mouth shut? No. Id like to let people know my experience with your shop, and my opinions on how tuning/installation went.

I DO NOT want anyone on this thread to think that I took my car to this shop they did the work and sent me on my way. BVP guys were nice and offered the help, the decision ultimately came down to me running out of money. however its not my fault the car wasnt running perfect the VERY FIRST time or i WOULD of kept the mods on obviously. If victor offered me right now to tow my car to orlando, install all my mods back on, retune the car, and keep it there til it is 100% fixed without me paying a dime I would. However, i dont expect that, and thats perfectly fine. I'll eat my Huge loss and just never modify a car again unless i have a written and signed gaurantee it would work without further problems.

Not trying to stir up things but are you kidding... you would really let them try to get a BASIC "stage II" again. Anybody with a metric wrench set and a laptop could have done this 10000000x better, faster (time wise), cheaper... need I go on?

Well a buddy and I installed an exhaust takes about 2 hours without a lift in a poorly lit garage with crappy tools. Retuned it in 30 seconds with AP (when I switched to opensource months later that took maybe an hour).

The uppipe and ewg is much easier to do with a lift but again can be done with basic tools, especially since its sounds like you have a stock turbo you can get a plate so no welding is required. Again I dont think this would take more than a few hours... take bolts off put new piece in put bolts back on.

I'm not trying to belittle you but I would have left BVP the first time they started to complain about not having this or that or needing some "special" part. Dude what you have is not some world record off the wall setup. There's probably 2, 16 year old kids somewhere right now installing/tuning what you have. There is NO, and I mean ABSOLUTELY NO reason they should have had a problem with this. It blows my mind how somethings they touch turn to gold and others seem to turn to complete crap. I just dont want to roll the dice with them. I'd rather have only myself and/or good friends to blame not some guys that dont give two craps about my car.

Damian, once again, what loss you're talking about man ? You still have your parts right ? Your parts still work, I told you that the car had a problem that we could fix, but George wanted the car back to factory cuz he didn't wanted to loose the factory warratry. What the hell I was supposed to do ,tell me ? Go against your dad will ?Everything was perfectly installed man, there was a problem with the wastegate that we could've resolved but we didn't got the chance to do it. Listen I'm through with this arguing, I told you that if you need my help, I'm here for you. I did everything I could do to help you out but your Dad has the last word and I respect that. I guess that in this kind of situations the shops never win even if you tried to do whatever is in your hands to make things right . I don't know what else to tell you bud.
