The extra shift into fifth was tough for me. I have only ran it a few times in bradenton. It takes practice to get those 1.6-1.7 60'. I kept missing fifth and ran 13.5 a few times.

When staging, keep the revs between 5 and 5500 rpm by blipping the throttle when the second yellow hits, keep on the gas and slip the clutch quickly on green. Best analogy on slipping the clutch is pretend you just stepped in dog shit and release your foot quickly without totally dumping the clutch. Just my $.02

Hell yeah it works. Release clutch pedal barely when both staging lights are lit but not enough so you start to roll. Keep tach at 5,000 rpms and when second yellow comes on floor it. Go on the last yellow if you are worrying about reaction times which btw don't affect your E.T. at all but in case you care. 14.2's in a bone stock 02 WRX in not soo great Florida weather.
