Complete 1986 H/O 5.0 Engine
First of all its not an 86(carbed) its 87 as stated above.
Are you kidding trying to sell us on that milage? All that stuff is ragged.
104,000=yes. ITS A 302, yes a good motor but never rare.

86 did not gett he H.O. intake plate.
the fuel rails are not 86 and the spark plug wires clearly say "1987"
And yes, that looks like 104k miles to me as well.

Tell your uncle to read this thread and you surf the classifieds on different Mustang sites with him so he realizes what he's missing out on. Let him know that for the price he's asking anyone could get a built performance shortblock/longblock for that money. No sarcasm there. My Dad is still on the old school trip. He's the type that'll pay $100 for dinner and still only want to tip 2 or 3 bucks.

So now that I have listed it on 4 sites, this is the only one getting any responces. I expect people to be understanding but what I'm seeing is the opposite.
Now that I'm getting a better understanding on the average prices I'll definitely have to talk to him and see what he wants to do.
I'm not trying to fool anyone here, I'm just putting what he told me
1986 Plate did say HO and was unique to 1986 and changed in 1987 and was the same until 1993.
