Ill save the V8 power for my next build like to finish a project or anything in life when I start it, you know. But it more gratifying I guess when ur ride is all motor with no Turbos or supercharges to blow or malfunction on you. All your power is right at your figure tips you just gotta find a way to wake it up huh... Is it as simple as dropping a LS1 in a shell or there are certain shells that will house a LS1 with out extreme amounts of fabrications for mounts and etc in order to make it work. Asking that because just ready an article where a guy made a RWD prelude but he had to raise the engine up for it to work right but then he had to have a hood fabricated in order for it to close.
