gear shifting problem

Silk, does the clutch get stiffer when the tranny wont go into gear?

the problem was the plate that is inside the bellhousing where the throw out bearing rests and the input shaft goes through coming out of the tranny, that plate broke and it f'ed up the clutch at the same time. so if anyone has sr or ka trannies please let me know, i just need that plate.

If you're talking about the shift fork that should be easily replaced with uot having to buy a new tranny.

not the shift fork, its a plate that is behind that where the shift fork and throw out bearing rest on. its bolted in by 5 bolts

how an the hell did you break that-240SX CASE ASSY-TRANSMISSION
wow i think that you are better off buying a new tranny that has no grinds in it off here for less than $100

they the pilot bearing broke which gave the input shaft more play that lead to the breaking of that part. the part from the dealership is only $45
