if you really must be different...

if you can find a place to mount it, try messing with a centrifugal super charger.

you have mounting, plumbing, a belt and light tuning to worry about.

i can assure you no one has done it. im not saying its more practical compared to other power gainers but it hasnt been done and it can be done within your budget.

High Comp N/A KA24DE isnt something for the faint of heart to take on. I would suggest doing something simple.

So what does stage 2 mean? Lift and duration would be good to know, stage two means itself absolutly nothing.

Jordan T forgot to mention the custom 1 off ignition system that the guy made for his specific set up and the fact that its completely un-streetable in realistic terms.

damn if this high comp does not work out the way i want it to. ill build it for boost.
just not put a turbo on it untill like six month or less so ill be driving around in a low comp ka for that long. you would think that how big it is 2.4 liter being high comp would be easy to make a little bit over 200 wierd. im going to call a few performance shops in the morning to see what they have to say.

Those cams are no where near the lift/duration you would need to come close to your 200 hp goal. Just stick with the stock 9.0 compression ratio. It works for everyone else.

well me and a friend were talking if this high comp thing dont work out.
im either going to build it for boost or go SR. most likely sr it already comes boosted/tuned and swaps right in for less money then fully building the ka with turbo/tune upgrades. ill be finding out tomorrow if im staying ka or not. ive just had like 4 ka go bad on me and me not even be hard on them. and the sr all you need is some bolt on's and ur already in the mid 200's..
