Stared under the hood a bit, mainly at the drivers side, where the header issue is.

Contemplated what to do about said drivers side header issue, probably going to do modified OBX corvette shorty's for a get it on the road easily solution, then fab my own longtubes later.

Also considered producing swap mount kits, if I do they'll be priced much lower than current available swap stuff.

Painted up a SR valve cover in red metal chunk. Probably going to paint some pin-up art on it and sell it.

start calling them 50# injectors. That's what they really are. I flowed a set.

Ok, I lied. No pics of engine today. Next weekend. Got the heads both bolted down with the copper gaskets. Also got the lower intake plenum on, as well as painting alternator adjustment bracket with 90 amp maxima alt. So far so good. Just gotta get a replacement water pump to put on, and a timing belt. Also might need an exhaust elbow as the HY35 exhaust elbow points up when properly clocked on the exhaust. Also need to grind down the turbo inlet for 2.5 inches. lulz, fun fun grinding aluminum.

I started to fix this...





Bought all new ball joints (upper and lower) waiting on tie rod ends, and trying to find some cheap lowering spindles. So when I put it back together its done for the front for a while!

I completely burnt out my original Starter. Solinoid was fried, and the bearings were shot.
