I guess I have to have a frame shop or body shop inspect my car and "Okay" it for road use. So I'm betting thats going to be atleast 300-500$ I dont want to spend.

Anyone know of a decent place to go?

That would be awesome, thanks!

I'm listing the car as being driven 5000 miles or less because thats about all I put on it per year anyways. Both work and school are less than 2 miles away.

I'll be looking for a beater/dd car towards the end of the year. Either a early-mid 90's nissan/toyota small size pick up or a wagon of some sort, like an older volvo or accord.

-Edit, evidently it just has to be inspected by a certified mechaninc stating that the car is still road worthy then I have to submit that to the DMV. Sooo anyone who can do that for me or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Thats a good point. I have no clue where to get the paperwork. I'll call the DMV when I get a chance and see what they have to say.

Sprung a coolant leak at one of the heater hoses. Got pissed and drank beer (predictable). Nobody carries my NGK plugs. Fail.
