gay* ass wiring problem

 

spent about 3 hours tonight on it.

i finally picked up some spark plug wires.

manifold is on. turbo on. hot side IC piping on. dp bolted up. oil lines on. wastegate vac line on.

cleaned up all my tools since i was starting to lose track of some.

washed out the coolant reservoir, it had a nice layer of oily shit inside. didn't get it all out, but whatever. had to put that in before the hotpipe since it sits right next to it.

didn't get the intake pipe on, gotta get a small autozone 45* thingy and/or hack up the other 3" straight piece i have. didn't feel like hacksawing at 10:30pm.

car looks put together for once.


left to do:

-fill oil
-fill coolant
-top off PS fluid
-run power wire through interior to battery
-wire high beam (stupid zenki -> kouki madness with the wiring harnesses i have)
-wire kouki cluster plugs (again, zenki harnesses in kouki chassis FTL)
-put intake on


then i cross fingers, prime it, and try to start her up. she will turn over this weekend. as long as it doesn't leak, i don't care what else happens. i'm not taking this head off again. if i have to, the price gets slashed and someone else can do it.

I think i went deaf when you left my shop.

I put on the 5zigens today, gonna clean out the MAF sensor. Then test my compression, get a air accumulator as a oil catcher.

Ajusted the new Suspension. will still need to do some fine tuning befor i take it in to be Corner balanced.

 

Not shit im slacking still need to install rear subframe and order parts for SR

 

Pulled the coupe in the garage, polished my velocity stacks that will go on my new intake manifold

 

I looked at mine and shook my head as it sits awaiting upgrades to bring it back to life.

 

Got board and converted my cluster to LED's

compared the size difference of my stock sr TB to my new one. all i got to say is dam.
