installed my N1 dual with my dad. it sounds fucking awesome. 10 times better than i thought it was gonna sound like.

just replaced the rear main seal i couldnt get it off without the oil pan coming off.
the motor is out and on a engine lift. so it made it a hell of alot easy'er.
while the oil pan was off i cleaned it with carb cleaner it had a little slugge.
ohh also replaceing the water pump,thremostat also.
my plan is to get it in the motor 2morrow and maybe fire it up.

well i cant find any tranny fuild for my trans 5speed. ity can only take GL4 and every parts store in zephyrhills,dade city only has GL5 witch eats the syncros.
does any buddy know where i can get redline gear oil at?? auto zone and advance does not and can not order it in. damit

and if ur wondering i blew the old motor got a newish one with a warrenty and doing the basic swap in procedjures to get it running right. can't spell right lol

 

Just order it from some online retailer. Shipping isn't bad and they give you a deal if you a case.

Honestly, just grab some Valvoline 80W90 non-synth. It's never done me wrong. Or any GL-5 non-synth.

 

But RedLine costs so much more so it must be better.

i heard that GL5 is bad for the syncros it must be GL4
if driven concepts has it i will just go there closer than dunedin
