white car is good to go... all i have left to do in prep for CFRC is to slap that welded diff in there tomorrow, install the Trust manual boost contoller, then a wash and detail.

Finally broke down and put a KA in my car, so I can drive. Only need a few more things to actually drive any distance. Exhaust from header back and a high pressure power steering line. But I must say, damn it feels good to have a car again(been using the girlfriends maxima)

Put a new tie rod boot on the car, then decided to do an alignment. Then I found out that my front right wheel sticks out 1/16th of an inch further than the rear wheel...something is definitely tweaked =/ Oh and my welded diff decided to turn into an open diff again. double =/

alrighty guys, in true honor of the carwash odyssey, i washed the old white car today...

then finally installed the Trust manual boost controller (what a nice unit!!), did some pulls up and down my smoothly paved country road, got it set at 12psi on the dot, every time.... holy fuck this car is awesome!!

tomorrow is the CS inner/outer tie rods with spacers, front wheel balance, then i take it back home and slap in the welded diff... friday friday, gonna get down on friday, witch layout at CFRC willlll i taaaaaaaake???

Yha, mbc's usually spike or creep in the higher rpm's. You might want to do some dragstrip (or highway) 3rd n 4th gear redline pulls to make sure it dont creep too high when drifting.
