No.

j30 used r200 like s13, z32 na, r32 blah blah blah... z32TT used the r230 with bigger output shafts.

My bad, you're right, the actual diff is different, but from what I recall, it is geared the same as the j30. I also always thought that it could be made to work, you just had to swap the pumpkins Maybe I'm getting my cars mixed up.

the NA z32 diff is geared at 4.08, which, as I remember it, is the same as the stock 240 diff, and in this case, the same as the s14 vlsd diff.
The NA z32 diff might actually be cheaper/easier to get a hold of than a s14 diff. Hell, I've got two sitting in my garage.

The J30 diff is geared at 3.9, which I thought was the same as the TT diff. I honestly don't remember. I've always just planned of swapping in a TT engine into my NA shell.

either one a VLSD? interested, gotta get this "i lock up when i feel like it" J30 piece of shit out of here ASAP, tempted to go welded, but i'll be eating wnough tires with all that camber up in my trunk as it is, let alone the wear a welded will cause......

Z32tt diff requires axles, hubs, diff, drivesfaft...not worth it for a vlsd.

Z32 na is a direct swap with j30 axles.

Marshall, I have 4.1* of camber and a welded my tires will last a while if im not drifting. Like 5-6 months typically.

cool mike, i'm running minimal tow front and rear, kept bouncing between .00, and .005 to help reduce wear, if i can get em to last with some decent hard daily driving, and leave enough for a drift event after 4-5 months, I'll be happy.

empire, thanks for the PM brah brah
