Blew up 2 slave cylinders in the Z this week. Turns out my transmisson was swapped out with a 280zx turbo transmission. So I have to go and order a 280zx turbo slave cylinder and pay the difference Atleast the clutch will engage and disengage now.

Why would nissan make a different slave cylinder for just the turbo model?

Edit

Advance lists them as the same part number?

I don't know, the real difference is the pushrod in the slave cylinder. The one I need is supposed to be threaded and the one I have has a smooth pushrod that is supposed to go into a dimple in the clutch fork.
