69 GMC step side. Something to mess around with until I get a Z.

 

god i love those late 60's GMC's and Chevy trucks, and excellent score on the stepside too, short wheel base FTW...

what are your plans for it? resto? rat rod? resto-mod?

 

My dad has a C10 Step side short bed. The one I'm looking at has the extended side step bed so its kinda weird which makes it more awesome.

Plans right now are to drive it around. The only things I want to do is drop sprindles/lower springs in the front and manual air bags with c-notch in the back so I can ride low then dump the bed if I want. The Exterior is just getting satin clear over the existing old ass paint. Red steelies and white walls. Thats about it. So maybe 1k in stuff and it will look cool.

That looks way nicer than anything I would of ever done.

But yeah scratch the GMC, theres a 67 Datsun 520 pick up that I want.
