You have to unplug something near the key cylinder. I remember I had a similar problem when my roommates car wouldn't release the key when the turbo timer was on. I don't remember exactly where it is. I know for a fact it is under the plastic steering column trim around the key cylinder though.

Ok, decided to stop being a lazy ass and went and looked at it. Had to unplug the clear/yellow plug, then had to push the little red pin down. A lot easier that I had expected.

 

 

^ You need to have it aimed at your steering. What are you going to learn from a video of the back of the seats and the windshield?

was tightening a hose clamp on the fuel filter,slipped off, stabbed my hand with screwdriver.

I made a sweet cooling duct out of some sheet metal I had laying around. Its covered in surface rust so it looks totally sweet, like all those cool kids with rusted hoods.

Chopped some stuff off the front of the car so it has better air flow to the radiator too.

 

Car is awesome. Getting 22mpg in-town with 20% asshole-style driving.

It's cool having the car to the point where tuning the speakers/amps in high on the list.
