Anyone running a miata battery on an SR with any kind of stereo/system?

I am only running 1 12" sub with a 300w amp and 4 4x6's, but I have never researched what batteries people are running.

 

Picked up an sr transmission. Another part off the list

 

You should be fine, my buddy ran his 300W amp with 2 12's for a long time off a miata battery.

On topic, picked up some 3mm and 5mm spacers for the front and back. Going to get herra flush or w/e.

 

^ thats the kind of news I like to here, I really dread battery relocations. I hate running all that extra wire and shit.

for the last time, batteries mean NOTHING when it comes to how many accessories you can run.

imagine you have a hose filling up a bucket
and you are drinking out of this bucket
as long as the hose can fill up faster than you can drink, you're golden.
but no matter how big the bucket, if you're drinking faster than you can fill, you're screwed.

the only thing battery size impacts is how long you can run accessories with the engine off.

engine on, its all up to the alternator.

PERIOD.

 

I am in serious need of an SR timing chain tensioner if anyone has one I can get tonight. Seems mine is cracked and I never noticed.
