you remind me of a customers car i had the other day that the guy said "a body seam came apart" when it was definitely a seat belt noise.

have someone else look at it or something. this is getting silly as fuck.

 

its not like i choose what breaks on my car... and its really not running like shit anymore.. but i revved the engine under the hood, and watched my coupler clamp on my turbo vibrate when the noise came. and its sounds like its coming from there as well. its like a really high pitch vibration sound.

and wtf is a seat belt noise? lol

 

seat belt bracket was making contact with a pinch weld.
cars are dumb.

open dump NEVER gets old. unless you have some tiny turbo and get into boost too easily.

haha i ran without a dump tube for like a year when the welds failed on mine. minus melting the a/c line and then the power steering line, it sounded like the end of the world. loved scaring people with it.

 

I took it to FAP machine in clear water, had good experiences with them before. This time the experience sucks, they've got till noon tomorrow or Im going to get it back and take it somewhere else.

 

made some progress, motor is in. gotta wire it up, find a manual brake booster becasue i cant fit my BMC with the auto booster wont fit with the mani.

why does it look like boost creep central? im running EWG as to fix the 2871's boost creep tendencies.
