i installed a megan flex downpipe about a week ago.
from today, i give it two weeks before i completely ruin it. its already close.
goddamnit.

 

^yea, i dont think id ever use that flex weave shit on the bottom of my car, let alone megan parts in general.. im pretty sure fidel cashflow has a brand new down pipe for sale.

 

i still have my old one, but i have to have a flex somewhere.
ill probably throw my old one back on, and just weld a flex into my catbaqck or something.
fucking stupid cars.

 

yea, i was thinking i wanted a flex, specially since im low. but i after looking at a bunch of peoples used fex dps, i realized they just get shredded. you can get some flex pipe at advance, and weld that in its place..? or, if youre using the factor tranny mount/dp mount/hanger, shouldnt that be enought give to not hurt anyhting when bottomed?

 

Installed some KYB GR2s with random cut lowering springs on them in the black car. I decided that I like them enough to go on the white car.

I kno. I'm so excitimicated that I'm ditching my 4x4 ride hight!

 

Section out your test pipe and weld in a flex joint? I think thats probably what I'll end up doing.
