its easy.. you could make a leak down gauge but without pics it would suck.. go to autozone and rent the tester.. make sure you have an aircompressor by the way.. you put number one cylinder on tdc and then you screw the leak down gauge into the spark plug galley.. then you take and hook up the other end to the aircompressor.. if its not exactly on tdc it will force the piston back down and you will have to do it over again.. then after that take your oil cap off and radiator cap off.. look for bubbles in the radiator.. listen for escaping air comming from the valve cover.. listen for air comming out of your intake and then listen for air comming out of your exhaust.. that will tell you either A. you have bad intake valves, B bad exhaust valves, C. bad valve seals. d. bad head/head gasket. repeat for each cylinder.. if I missed something let me know..

Even with the bad knock sensor, I calculated my gas mileage to be 25.7 mpg for the last tank. Not bad for a slush-box and a lot of stop/go driving.

I need to get my exhaust raised/tucked. Anyone know who to go to or who can do it? Probably will need to be cut up and welded back together. Btw its stainless steel.

Sick of my exhaust hitting the ground and speed bumps.

awsome! thanks slowerthanyou! and im pretty sure im gonna be replacing the head this coming week, because like i said, gas back in the rad probly=crack between intake valve/coolant passage. i talked to a guy who knows a lot about a lot, and he said when the piston is coming up, its forcing fuel between that crack, and into the coolant passage way. sound reasonable? and 138lbs is not a blown hg, correct?

Yes that's how it would happen, or the gasket is letting them mix. What are you planning to replace when you swap your heads?
