do the tail lights come on?? This sounds like the same problem that fucking white car had. Something relating to radio was the problem.
Yesterday did a fuck load of prep-work..
painted door jams, inner doors, and radiator support. Looks fucking awesome.
I want to drive it w/ no doors. hahaha

Yeah, every other light works. Even the light in the ash tray comes on with the headlights, just no gauge cluster lights.
I already grounded the illumination wire from the radio. Now my clock backlight and digital climate control light up much brighter, but still no gauge cluster lighting...

just met this guy who has the first datsun 240z ever released to the public. went to his house, saw his garage and his 18 other mint ass 240z's, including a mad tyte jdm rhd one. cool as fuck. hes building a convertable 240z w/ the L28, w/ a 60 trim turbo, internal wastegate on 12 psi made 270 at the wheels. on some dope ass bbs mesh wheels, big ass fmic,super uber clean. Ill get pics tomorrow maybe, going back there tomorrow. sick as fuck. sooo stoked right now.
