i like doing it. and i like saving money. its a double plus for me. along with the fact that you can make them go where ever you want. so there.

 

I went through the intercooler I just got and unbent/straightend every fin/plate. Looks almost brand new again. The bottom was a bit beat up from being on a low car I guess, but its all straightend out. I'm really happy with how easy that was to fix.

Now I just need some dull/matte silver paint to cover up the GReddy stencil on it.

 

use that silver wheel paint.

bending brake lines isnt rocket science. A little bit of time and patience and anyone can do it.

 

i used some wurth high temp silver on mine, the wheel paint is pretty thick.
as long as whatever you use goes on pretty lightly youll be fine. you can use this stuff too if you want just stop by and grab it, and bring me back whats leftover.

I just used Aircraft Remover to clean off spray paint on an intercooler. The whole thing was painted black, and it came off after a few passes and basically no scrubbing.

 

i tried that on mine, and it didnt do shit haha. so weird.
who the fuck seriously thinks that stencil looks cool?
