Putting in new brakes, taking off the rear bumper, took apart the whole front end, painted the underside of the hood, found carbon covered spark plugs, and flushing out the old "coolant"(it's straight water). All of this is on the black car of course.

 

Got a bunch more of my engine put together, had to order a timing belt and a idler pulley and some fuel rail insulators, $150 just for that much!

Thinking about getting some headers..... HMMMM

 

DO IT! because once you put the motor back in, you'll have to take it out if you want to change the headers down the road.

 

yeah I know, everyone says its such a huge pain! I have just been battling with myself over how "stock" I should keep this car due to it being a numbered car..

 

Through my sun roof @ ~80mph, I was so worried they were gonna fly off. But they stayed up there for the 30miles of I75 driving.

reply to thread, stopped by coutesy nissan and ordered some of my brakelines to delete my ABS, and also dropped off my exedy hyper single to get some cleaning up, 350 bones later and ill have a nice clutch for when my motor is done... ugh

 

Yeah I got it a while ago, just put it on today for the first time. Im missing one of the tower plastics >_>...

Im waiting for my new bike to get here, then I can start riding again.

 

Finally pulled the DE out and prepped the car for the VE. I am hoping to get the car running tomorrow. I think pulling the motor may have been easier then pulling a 240 motor.

 

should have saved yourself some money and bent your own lines.
